Every once in a while something comes along that really makes a statement. inTechTrailers is extremely proud of the finished product. Inside and out, the inTech Aluminum Motorcycle Trailer is an absolutely incredible trailer.
The stainless steel rails run the entire length of the floor with no break points, they are single-piece rails. There are no exposed fasteners, everything is attached from underneath. There are also three single-piece aluminum airline track rails that were polished to match the stainless steel rails.
The “Zero-Gap” hinge is protected with a neoprene rubber cover to keep dirt and debris from getting into the hinge. Everything was trimmed with matching #8 Mirror Polished stainless steel.
The rear ramp door cam latch was powdercoated copper vein. The rear ramp cable catch is stainless steel and both pieces were attached with chrome plated socket head hardware. The sides of the rear ramp door were trimmed in #8 Mirror Polished stainless steel.
Small LED lights with chrome plated covers were spaced evenly and mounted to the interior side kick panel to accent the floor and set a unique mood when the lights are off inside.
The rear ramp door has our exclusive ERGL System, Electric Rear Gate Latching System. The 12V actuators are key operated and provide a very clean exterior rear ramp door with no exposed bar locks or paddle latches.
The brake drums were painted inTech Orange and really set off nicely against the black accented aluminum wheels. Every tire from inTech comes filled with nitrogen and is identified with a special valve cap.
At inTech when you purchase a spare tire you get a free roadside assistance program and road hazard warranty on all of the tires. the inTech Aluminum Motorcycle Trailer has a front mount spare tire for easy access.
Slimline LED brake lights and back up lights keep things lit up on the rear of the trailer. The inTech Aluminum Motorcycle Trailer also features a #8 Mirror Polished stainless steel rear header and side posts.
#8 Mirror Polished stainless steel side trim accents the sides of inTech's Custom Aluminum Motorcycle Trailers and features a clean looking bottom with the absence of the extruded trim.
In lieu of mounting a bulky marker light on top of the fender, we cleaned things with this custom motorcycle trailer by mounting independent fender marker lights on the front and rear of each fender. Wires are protected by an aluminum extrusion trim on the under side of the fender for long service and reliability.
110V power is supplied to the outside of the trailer with a GFI protected outlet with a weatherproof cover.
The interior of the trailer has two GFI protected 110V outlets and the lights are powered by wall mounted light switches.
Interior lighting is provided by two 12V dome lights, two 48” 110V fluorescent lights and the sidewall mounted LED accent lights.
Exterior clearance lights are our premium LED lights with chrome plated covers that cover all of the mounting fasteners. The top extruded aluminum rubrail was attached with 3M VHB tape and no exposed fasteners for a clean appearance.
Easy access to the 12V battery cutoff and 30 amp breaker box, both are conveniently located on the right side of the center closet. The lower section of the closet also houses the 12V battery in a vented and enclosed compartment.
The 405 Series side door has no exposed fasteners for an extremely clean appearance and features a quality FMVSS door latch with a standard lock and deadbolt. The door hold back is cast metal and will handle even the heaviest of winds.
The custom cabinets feature copper vein and pewter vein powdercoating. The latches come in a variety of finishes to select from and can be keyed to lock the cabinets for security.
The license plate light is chrome plated and features LED lights for reliability and superior visibility.
Like all inTechTrailers, the aluminum motorcycle trailers features a standard walk-on roof with a trussed roof bow system. The arch on the roof bows helps to shed water from the one-piece aluminum top covering.
Under the floor you will find a one-piece aluminum skin that provides a true vapor barrier and protects the floor and interior of the trailer from moisture.
Everywhere that wires pass through tubing you will find that the wires are protected by a plastic grommet the keeps them from rubbing or making contact with the aluminum extrusion.
The one-piece aluminum roof is bonded to the 3/8” plywood substructure providing a rattle free and secure top roof that provides a waterproof barrier.
