Shipping Policy

  1. Overview
    We offer convenient, reliable delivery for all trailer purchases. Deliveries are facilitated through our trusted network of third-party transport providers to get your new trailer safely to your home, job site, or business.
  2. Shipping Costs & Calculation
    • Standard Rate: Delivery is charged at $2 per loaded mile, calculated one-way from our dealership to your delivery address.
    • Tolls & Permits: Any additional tolls, overnight parking fees, or required oversized/overweight state permits incurred during transit are the responsibility of the buyer and will be added to the final delivery invoice.
    • Minimum Fee: A minimum delivery fee of $25 applies to all local deliveries within 25 miles. Standard Rate applies to all deliveries outside a 25 mile radius of dealership. 
  3. Delivery Process & Scheduling
    • Payment Requirement: The full balance for your trailer, including the estimated delivery fee, must be cleared via wire transfer, cashier’s check or any other approved form of payment before the unit leaves our lot. 
    • Timeline: Delivery dates and times are estimates. Our sales team will coordinate with the transport company and keep you updated on the expected arrival timeframe, timeline cannot be guaranteed.
    • Unloading: Standard delivery is performed via pickup truck. If delivery via semi-truck is required for long-distance hauls, the customer is responsible for providing the necessary equipment to safely unload the trailer. 
  4. Customer Pickup Alternative
    Customers always have the option to pick up their trailers directly from our dealership or the manufacturer with an appropriate appointment, at no additional shipping cost. You will be required to provide a valid driver's license and a properly rated towing vehicle with the correct wiring and hitch setup. 
  5. Damage & Liability
    Once the transport driver leaves our dealership, the shipment is fully insured by the third-party carrier. Upon delivery, the customer is responsible for thoroughly inspecting the trailer for any transit damage before signing the delivery receipt. Any damage claims must be filed directly with the transport company. 
  6. Promotional Delivery Offers
    • From time to time, certain trailers may qualify for promotional delivery offers, including free delivery within Florida. Promotional delivery offers apply only to the specific trailers, locations, and promotion dates stated in the advertisement or sales agreement.
    • Unless otherwise stated, free delivery includes standard one-way delivery to an accessible Florida address. Tolls, permits, ferry charges, special equipment, waiting time, redelivery, storage, difficult-access locations, and other unusual delivery expenses are not included.
    • Promotional delivery has no cash value and cannot be combined with another delivery discount. Eligibility and final delivery arrangements must be confirmed by the dealership before purchase.
